Ok I know this is going to sound dumb but, why can’t players give away thei graal ID’s? I figure it must be semi-serious if players get banned just for asking for them.

If anything graal ids could have been used to find people on the database search like dogtags in other games

If someone won let's say a contest and needed their graalID to get the reward they could just give them the graalID of a friend or maybe sell the prize to someone and tell their graalID to the staff to get gralats from the real owner of the ID.

Staff aren't going to give a contest reward without checking to make sure the ID they gave is them
