This is probably a really "nooby" question with a simple/obvious answer but hey who cares. So I've been wondering for awhile why players cant receive guild hats when they are offline. At first I thought it was a rule but I've been beginning to think otherwise. Can someone answer my question?

It's not that it's not allowed, im pretty certain it isn't possible, you have to be online to receive a guild hat and etc. (Unless they add a feature which makes receiving a guild hat the same as a graal head )
