Really nub question. I just got a new laptop, downloaded generally everything I'd need, flash player etc, however I'm still stuck on the loading screen. Am I missing something?

Did you try different browsers? Weirdly, this also happens on my phone and I have to restart it for it to work, I would try a different browser first, then try restarting your computer. If neither works try clearing your browsers cookies and cache and restart the browser.

has it worked? i had this problem and turning off my firewall/antivirus allowed it to load in  

Graal never works on Google Chrome for me, I use Safari for it.

Unfortunately nope.

Hmmm right click the loading screen and click properties and see if your computer is allowing the page to store things on your computer or not. Not sure if this would help at all though.

Now that I think of it Exalt had this same issue and this is also what fixed it for him too... sorry I didn't think of it at the time.
