I can't send a ticket on toonslab
Idk if this is the right forum to put in lol im new to this So...I can't send a ticket on toonslab but whenever I press "submit" it says "file not found" /: ![]() Am I the only one who can't send a ticket on toonslab? If so please tell me how to send a ticket x_x |

What were you trying to send a ticket in for? (which category and which options did you choose when submitting the ticket) It worked for me just now, maybe try again and see if you run into the same problem? |

and the category i choose was "other" and I also tried "rude player -> Harrasess me" both don't work for me, still says "file not found" |

Curious, because I don't see it, but how are you attaching the image? I'm just seeing a plain text box and a submit button. Are you familiar with sites like imgur? You can easily upload photos on it then just copy/paste the URL in the text box, because sending in text tickets seems to work perfectly fine.
It's pretty easy to set up with the new support, you simply just enter the e-mail you use on your in-game account and then they send you a verification e-mail like they do when you first sign in from a device, after that when you use support it's already linked to your account and makes it easier for them to provide support. |

The issue has been forwarded to Unixmad, until then anyone who is having trouble with attaching images just send in your tickets without them or upload them to a site like imgur and just link them that way.

My guess would be it sees the image extension (png, jpeg) but there's no actual image which is why it can't find the file (and it wouldn't automatically load links as that could lead to security issues). That's the only thing I can think of. He's aware of the issue so we'll just have to wait and see. |
