Admins already said it is unfixable, but this is just a heads up for those planning to have an unprotected farm (don't ask, some people do) or maze with the new Rain Fences, you can run through them easily, doesn't matters the layer.  

They are purely for waterfalls. 100% for visual effect.

Did you position the rainy fence at half increments? If so, all fences are 'easy to run through' if placed in this way. I haven't noticed them functioning any differently than regular fences otherwise.... And I spent some time testing just to be sure  

Maybe I'll buy some and run some tests. Should post some GIF's of you running through them.

Oh yeah it only happens in .5 positions, I don't know about other fences though.
