Archery Revamp

1. Let players use their non-default bows when playing the mini-game.

2. Instead of it being the first 1 to get 9,800 for all season. Change it to just top 50 for Daily, and Weekly. Maybe add the archery section to the score leaderboards menu. No seasonal though. If you can't go past 9800, then there is no point for 50 people who got it first to stay there the whole season.

3. Add more items.
2000 quiver
4000 hat
8000 Bow Display furniture for your house?
9800 Perfect score, not sure what could be added for this. What do you guys think? New Bow maybe? Bomb arrow bow, haha. Obviously the bombs wouldn't explode for reasons.

4. Incorporate a shop for archery-related items.
Bow Displays
Targets
Archer Baddy pets
Horse with quiver (Let's you fire arrows while mounted. Horse can't gain bush power, and while using arrows it slows down for a few seconds) Not sure about the last punishment, since you can't spam arrows anymore.

5. For it to not be super crowded, make the rooms have a limit of 5-6 people. Make it like crab-chance where you enter the next room, after the limit. Maybe it's already like that? no idea.

6. An endless room where you keep going, until you miss a bullseye. You keep going, even if an X pops up. That would be great for all-time records.

Thoughts?

I think a prize room would be cool. I'd also like to see challenges, rather than just scores.

What do you mean? Daily score challenges, like quests where you gain a few gralats from completing?

Like a quicker speed round. A bullseye challenge where only bullseyes count. Different challenges like that. I'd also think it would be more fun if it was faster-paced so that the red targets actually play into it more. It's not difficult at all to avoid hitting the red targets, but if it was faster-paced, that might not be the case.

It's not difficult at all to avoid hitting the red targets, but if it was faster-paced, that might not be the case.

Could be cool. I guess there could be a difficulty setting. Easy, Medium, Hard. Then again most people create that challange by trying to get only bullseyes...
When I miss, targets freeze, or get an X, I pause and restart.

I guess what there could be is an endless one that let's you keep going, until you miss a bullseye.

Definitely needs to be changed. I don't think the lines are a problem at all though, and I doubt they'd ever let you shoot on horses (but who knows). It's near impossible to miss after you learn how to play it and is just a matter of 'reconnecting' to get a perfect score, which is pretty dumb. The X's should definitely serve more of a purpose and not just be there randomly. I think moving targets or perhaps even a longer archery range could be an easy upgrade... Dunno but the X's is definitely the biggest downfall of archery because they don't make sense/are just useless at the moment.

as the player who has had the 9800 score more than anyone else on the server, i believe archery takes zero skill the way it is currently (it's all just lining up your bow in a slot lol not hard at all) and should not be rewarded any more than it already is unless changes are made to the way it functions.

Horse with quiver is just an idea. Since you can't spam arrows anymore, and if you are slowed down, it could probably work strategically in pk, but idk. Maybe if they add an arrow limit to the horse, who knows.

Lag also plays a big part on the targets, and once you get 9800 the archery range becomes boring.

An endless mode where you keep going, until you miss a bullseye could change that. People would try to beat their own or the best all-time record.

The room is pretty packed right now, since people want to get the highest score, before others. Wish it wouldn't become dead, after someone gets 9800 that sticks for the following 3 months. Also, It'd be nice if I knew how many people were in the queue. "Position #", like spar.
