Hook up into the computer then find a program, google it, Graalians isn't a google or a search engine.
You could just download them all from the store, but if it's cracked applications then you might wanna use google.

Hello.

You should be able to transfer your data from any Samsung Galaxy phone to any Samsung Galaxy phone with a tool that Samsung created. It's available for Mac and PC. More information is here: http://www.samsung.com/us/smart-switch/

If you backed up with your Google account you should be able to recover your apps(not saved progress through the game) and contacts. But you need to login to your Google account when you first set up your phone, its very important that you do
