Since admins are always busy doing their jobs to enhance our experience i was thinking that mabey you should create a new sort of rank for a select group of players to have whose job is to help people with any questions only catch is they have to be experienced in their knowledge of era mabey for people who want to volunteer to help who mabey just fell short of a PR status. Note the players wont have any powers or anything theyll just be normal players with a unique tag allowing them to enter an "answering question room" because very often youll find people wont reply to your "answering any questions" text because they dont think youll be able to answer their questions yet if an admin goes by theyll all be swarming wanting to ask questions. Having players answer questions will give more time to the admins without them having to stop to answer things such as "where do i buy a bar" etc. My vision is of a special centre run by players (similar to the era pc player runnings of the era hotel) where theres say a room for the pplz with mabey a rank saying FAQ Relations or something so that if a player needed to ask a question they go there if they cant find around the game.
Requirments may be, excessive knowledge of iera and era pc, experience with customs and to be kind to players.

Yes i know this may be quiet alot just for people to answer questions but its just an idea. Thanks for if you took the time to read this, please leave a comment on what you think, now im off to era ;)

I like it. There are those who have gathered enough information about Era... It's good. However the gang abilities have to disabled... (base taking, etc.). I'd be interested in this. It'd be nice to help out as long as no one abuses it... Which may possibly take more effort to enforce.  

Iknow thats why i suggested above that the people that help out could be players who sent in an admin application and just fell short of being picked, thats if of course they wanted to do it.

First off, one of the jobs of a PR is to answer questions, hence the name "Player Relations." Second, you are just trying to create another staff rank which is utterly pointless considering all the "helping" gangs already made.

Lolz its just an idea and as i said most people dont ask you for help becase they think you wont know what they want to ask and i know their job is to "help players" but this could take a load off of their already busy tasks.

Also to add on the "Staff Rank" doesnt permit any extra powers what so ever its more of something to stand out so people know who to ask for help and as almost a Astros guild of the week bar accessibility for a center if its ever made.

You obviously don't know "most" players, and a pr's primary job on iera is pretty much just answering questions....
It may not permit any extra powers, but it is also not needed, and if new people don't know how to contact prs, what makes you think they will contact an FAQ? Intact, new players usually just ask other players for help.
So adding an accessibility center at astro's bar is just a terrible idea, giving special levels to a staff team that isn't needed. Nice idea you got their bud.

Also if their job is to always answer questions how come whenever i ask a valid question its completely ignored? Im not saying its anyones fault but mabey their busy working on the game but normal players dont have any levels to make or scripts to do etc so they're always available

A prs job isn't to work on the game. That responsibility falls to the LATs, GATs, and scripters.
Normal players are around, that's why the gang "Helping Relations" and all those other idiot names were created.

They don't answer your questions because you are dumb 😊.

Well vman - we got that you don't like it.
Even if the idea isn't the best one you don't have to make him down like that.
It's enough if you vote for no and state what you think.
If our staff team will do it if this poll gets 100000 yes votes is another question.
But I also agree with your opinion that we don't need it.  

Here is my proof that players only want admins advice and that they don't go to gangs, this person was asking about account transfers and when i told him exactly what is needed thats what he said
