So, I made a towering guild but no one wants to join and I can't figure out why? Is it because of the mere minutes I have? Or is it that people now go for guilds who have more hours? So I came here to ask about some tips about recruiting because I don't want to give up on towering.

Start out with friends, and overtime when you get more hours and reputation start random recruiting  

Last month was probably the least competitive month for towering I've seen on iClassic. It's easy right now. However, people won't join your guild because everyone does it for the hat and no one's going to trust you to get it for them. You should probably start by joining a tower guild already on the map. I can't suggest one for you right now, because all of the ones I see are pretty bad.

There was a guy in my last 1k guild named ZiZi who was relatively unknown. He tried multiple times to get his United Nations guild started, never worked. He kept at it and eventually got rolling with CraZe and they just hit 1k a few days ago. So, you can do it. People just have to know you and trust you.

If you're new and struggling, you'd might as well go full 100% desperation mode and follow these steps when you're ready to lead your own:

• Watch the map closely and target a tower that isn't being contested 24/7. Home that one.
• Focus on teaching the guild how to defend that tower properly. Don't even worry about doubling.
• Contact other guilds on the map, truce with them. I've never done this because it's boring in my opinion, but every other guild does. House, Talon, Vanguard, Owned, literally all of them truce together. I'm sure the guilds who don't announce it in their guild news just do it privately.
• Try to specifically find Australian, Asian, European, or players who are out of school that have lots of free time. Players that can tower while US kids are at school have a ridiculous advantage. You can hold a single tower with 4 people during these times. This is what the "good" tower guilds do. You'll notice that over half of that Blossom guild's leads are in Australia or the Middle East. You just find people like that who are willing to sit on Graal 12 hours a day. It's lame, but that's how it works.

That's the easiest way to get your guild to 20+ hours a day and it's what the majority of guilds try to do. Leading a tower guild is just a popularity contest. That, or you have to be some manipulative person who is good at lying to people, encouraging people, building hype, etc. If you don't have either of those qualities, it'll probably be a struggle for you.

This, and also people will want to join your guild if you have lots of 1k hats and really good pk stats. Shows you know what you're doing.  

To start, I joined vanguard. After vanguard, I will probably join another guild, then start my own.  

Good way to go is to have an eye candy profile. 100k pks, positive spar, ect. Looking good will make you look like you know what you're doing.
