Are the Chances of Hats Getting lower?
I was wondering,I have 16 halloween hats now but I know I still dont get some hats so I tricked or treat a day and I didnt get anything but candies until I got tired xD.. Is this on purpose or Im just unlucky? (This Is A Safe Question)

If you lower hats the head graphic would stick out over the top of the hat. :o
