Tower Rotation
Weekly Rotation? Monthly Rotation? Seasonal Rotation? So, I think there are enough towers at this point, not sure if any more will be removed, but I don't think it would be necessary if we have a limited number of towers available. I'm choosing 3 towers as the limit per session (weekly, monthly, seasonal(3 months)) Could be more than 3, but you guys can decide. I personally think that 3 is good, since it doubles the current competition. All though we used to have 8 towers, so maybe 4? The rotations would look something like this... (Monthly) October: Deadwood, Sards, Castle November: Sards, Castle, Mod December: Castle, Mod, Swamp January: Mod, Swamp, Destiny February: Swamp, Destiny, Deadwood March: Destiny, Deadwood, Sards April: Deadwood, Sards, Castle Only stating this to have more competition. I don't know which one to choose, help? (Pick Weekly, if you get bored easily, less repetitive) If we have it weekly, then the scenery will change more often, and you won't feel like you are doing the same thing every week per month. Unless of course, you stay in the same tower for 3 weeks straight. I would switch around if I were you, to not get bored. If we have it monthly, it can get boring faster. Seasonal, even more boring. Maybe the guild with highest score by the end of the season/month can win some sort of trophy? Post some ideas that you guys have. Examples of ideas: Some sort of prize to compensate the guilds with highest hours during a Rotation, I think a weekly prize would be way too much, Monthly sounds better for a prize, and Seasonal sounds like too much work. |

Why wouldn't you want towers to rotate? More pks, more activity, more fun. The only bad thing is that there would be less hats, and even then that would make 1k hats even rarer

And yes, tower hats would become even more valuable. It also looks like people are picking seasonal as more of a milestone. |

Having big areas that physically close/disappear periodically doesn't sound like a good idea to me.

weekly, monthly, seasonal is too short of a time? Just how fragile is the server, that you can't open/close towers w/m/s? You could just disable the tower's flag, instead of removing access to the tower. |
