Okay so I lost the email associated to my account, the email provider deleted it due to it being inactive for sooo long (I never used it but for graal, other games, and facebook). And that didnt become a problem til Identify with facebook was removed.

I can still access my acct through the facebook game but cant play as my arrow keys dont work, I wanted to see about changing my Identification email to access it on my kindle again, so I got my Account ID, and a few screen shots from facebook to prove it is my account. Mainly I dont want to start over because I have invested money in this account.

Annnnd it got me nowhere, I was told that they can't change the email (Which is frustrating as any other app, game whatever I played gladly did, but Graalclassic refuses to) I was basically told to contact my email provider as thats the only way I can access my account, and that graalclassic wont change the email... which I did and they cant do anything since the email was deleted by them (and not accessible).

So I am screwed, its just annoying graalclassic can do this to people who have spent money on their accts, nonetheless any players.

This was really more of a rant (although if anyone knows how to help please do) , and to ask for other graal game suggestions, I know there's a few but not sure what the difference in them all is.  

Normally if an an e-mail account is deleted, you can just remake it again, have you tried that?

Even though the account will technically be new you will still receive e-mails from things you were registered with before it was deleted.

The information he provided to prove it was his account can easily be obtained by anyone, so if they made changes to the account based on that information then somebody can easily manipulate the system and steal accounts that don't belong to them.  

Since this is related to the topic, I was off for a day, I came back later this evening and discovered my username was Sasha, my gender was female, and thats about it. Nothing else was changed but it worries me. I revoked access, but cant be too safe.

Have you revoked access and updated your e-mail passwords? (I'd suggest changing it 3 times, most recovery pages usually request the user to identify the latest password/passwords so changing it multiple times prevents them from answering this question)

Edit: saw you updated post nvm, still should do password thing though

Ive changed it several times due to odd reasons, so Idk whats going on, this stuff has been happening with my skype too, so I recently wrote down every friend of mine.

Uhh how can screenshots from MY facebook associated with that email (showing the email on the facebook email setting) screenshots of me playing the graal account on my facebook, and the Account ID (which says DO NOT GIVE OUT TO OTHER USERS) something anyone can get?

And for that matter I was not asked to provide anymore information to PROVE it is mine, they just said they wont do it. These are things only the person with access to the account could get... makes no sense. Facebook screenshot showing the email the facebook is registered with (and has existed longer than the graal acct) is the same as the graal acct through the faceboook setting page, the Graal account ID which tells you not to give it out (a screenshot of it from in game play), and screen shots of the game being played on that exact same facebook, are things only someone with access to that account could possibly have.

I tried, my email provider told me that they dont recycle deleted emails for months, and theres no telling when it will be recycled
