What are these and how do I sell or use them?

Im not too sure about these, but i know that they spawn like regular plants, but unlike other plants, i don't think they regrow in the same spot so you have to look for another place instead of waiting for respawn. I think they are consumabled like food, with maybe a high HP, but i havent had experience with one.

They were originally used to make health potions when Crafting 1.0 was out but it would not surprise me if they come back and are used to make health potions in Crafting 2.0
