For Staffs future
why dont olwest make their own events team,faqs team(answearing peoples questions) so the deputy dont have to host events and answearing questions again because maybe they busy and some of them are rude so they didnt answear our questions

All of those jobs you have mentioned should be the job of one Deputy. Having separate jobs is not necessary. As a Deputy myself, I can easily manage all of those things and i'm sure others do to.

Yeah staff personally Ithink its better for them to have more of a freerole being able to do more, once you set them into sections thats when the server becomes limited with getting more done*cough* Zone*cough*also it would end up with staff standing about doing nothing and more staff=more likely of leaks imo.

Deputies Jobs Are Literally "Player Relations" In My Opinion Hosting Events Is Apart Of This And A Majority Of Deputies Have Time To Host Events~Events Can Be Short, Just Host Race And Chance And So Forth, Any Effort Is Seen And Appreciated By Players (Most Of The Time It Seems)
