Save the ender dragons!!!.

The Enderdragons are not being removed, they are just not going to be spawning from a mob spawner. Having no Enderdragons and then having 15 Enderdragons at once are just two extremes. Their spawning will be carried out through a more suitable means that PiX is going to implement in the near future.
