Well I've asked Alpho and according to him there won't be another faction, and if there were another one added it wouldn't be the Mexican Army. Also you can already get that 44 Colt Army in the gun shop at start, plus all the bandits carry it... And I'm not sure what relevance the last picture has...

It was already confirmed that the army faction isn't coming. Pretty much due to not needing another faction as it would have no use.
