New automatic flag HP drop?

So tower flags now lose HP if the holding tower doesn't hit the flag. Cool idea, now it will be easier for pkrs to take towers being held by afk'rs. Any thoughts? Likes/dislikes/could care less

it's good
people generally ask to be at that flag so they can AFK around and have less responsibility defending
I don't really think it'll have any significant impact to towering, but still cool

It drops extremely fast, 1HP/second, and it stops at 10.

I havent seen it yet.
How much inactive time does it take for this auto-drop to kick in?
Is 1 hit from a defender enough "activity" to turn off the auto-drop?
And will the auto-drop continue as an attacker hits the flag?

I think it's like 10 seconds
it stops and behaves as normal as soon as the flag is hit by anyone

I now believe we should make Saint loose AP when they walk into a tower. They now can walk up to the flag and hit it when the flag is low.

I still dont understand why saint are still at 100 when they walk into the tower until they hit the flag or someone

That has bee long overdue, since people would get unidentified accounts and raise their ap with their device that has been afk gaining ap while they are towering on main. Then they go to flag with 100 ap and you can't touch them(without bombs or arrows), and they take tower(Mostly when people afk).

Guilds like BFM and SoN with struggle with this, constantly recruiting noobs and falling asleep is dead. I feel this will bring some legitimacy back to towering and finally make it competitive. Especially for sards.
