So I got a 2 layers ban, and both got a 2k+ hours ban. I recently got unbanned on one of the layers but one is still banned, so is it illegal for me to change the IP/use VPN to bypass the layer that's still banned to log on?

Would it be considered as ban invasion?

Not sure what you mean by layers, could you clarify? I don't think a layer system exists with bans.

But yes, if you have an active IP ban then it is illegal to change your IP or use a VPN to bypass it.

Layers like, normally, when you get ban, for example: 4 hours. When you finished with the 4 hours, you're unbanned. But in my case, I got banned 2k+ hours twice at the same time. So if my ban time expired on the first layer, I still have to wait till the second layer expires to be able to log on again.  

You can not have multiple bans on one account as far as I know, you'll have to contact support.toonslab.com about it because that's the only way to fix whatever is going on.
