To many frames ????

Ok, so i'm a Graphic artist, and i'm trying to upload this head i made, but it keeps telling me it has to many frames?

thanks,its just a png, so i don't understand how its to many frames.

Interesting...have you only tried uploading it once? If so, upload again in case they accidentally declined. If it's a .png then I see no reason why it should be rejected for 'too many frames'.

I've literally uploaded it 10, times same response.

That should never be an issue, unless it were made up of colours that didn't make sense being together. Like a head that is literally just rainbow colours :o

Well the too many frames rejection is normally automatically done by the system itself so I'm not too sure

Hmm. Reading from your other posts, someone may have denied it for the wrong reason. Nothing is wrong with it though. If it's still an issue then I'll approve it myself when I get home in an hour. Just send me a forum PM if that's the case.

It looks like you only have 2 heads (frames). Where are the rest?
