Looking to buy a PS3

PS3 owners! To me!

The time has come for me to get a real gaming console. I've pretty much had it with playing "video games" on my iPhone.

So I decided to invest in a PS3. But I'm really not so sure where to buy from.

As of right now I'm considering buying one off ebay but I'm not 100% sure if that's the best place to get one.

A PS3 isn't exactly a gaming PC so there isn't a whole lot of specification for what exactly I want but I'll say this:

I don't want a game bundle PS3. (Console + some game)
No more than 200USD.
Descent amount of RAM. (Not so sure if having more or less RAM is a good or bad thing so you tell me.)
All contents included. (No "Console only" deals. Cables and controllers included, the whole shabag.)

I bought a PS3 a couple years ago. I don't have too many games on it, but Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMiX was my favorite buy since I never played the series before. They're releasing Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMiX this year too. You'll probably have a tough time getting one for $200 though unless you trust eBay/Amazon electronics used. Just a refurbished one at Gamestop costs $199.

Also I'd like to say I'm not interested in buying a Xbox, PS4, Xbox One, Wii, Wii U, 3DS, PS Vita or a Gaming Computer.

PS3 is a good idea just because you can play the Persona games on it.

I'd buy it at your own risk. I almost always buy my systems new. An exception is a cheap portable one like a DS. The word "refurbished" makes me uneasy.

I'd just peep Amazon and see what deals they have, especially if you have access to Amazon Prime or Amazon Student for the free 2 day shipping. I've seen deals online from places like Best Buy but shipping usually kills the deal.

Almost forgot that July 4th is just around the corner.

Might just wait to see how those discount prices go.

Just get a PS4 and you can stream PS3 games straight to it. I can't remember when the service will be released though...

Some people don't want the fancy-shmancy next-gen console.

Some people just want an affordable console that can play games like but are not limited to Borderlands 2 and GTA 5.

Other game titles are available of course.

Actually I just remembered something. I think. Pretty sure sony announced their own thing akin to apple tv that will support the streaming service. $99.

Once you got your hands on your PS3 bro I recommand you look up "lots of ps3 games" on ebay for like at least 20 or more ps3 games for a good price. For example these :

People sell alot of them everyday and watch out for some that might have the same game in. If you're using a credit card or check card you can get your money back easily from ebay if at least one game out of all them is broken, but most of the time they are never broken.

Honestly, I think I'll just buy from ebay... July 4th sales probably won't reduce the price that much lower.
