Graal Client Help
Okay, so I've been trying to redownload the Graal client for sometime now. I've tried numerous things, yet nothing has happened and or helped me to redownload the client. I believe the issue is the fact that I already had the client installed on my laptop, then am now trying to redownload it again. Before I deleted the client, it wouldn't open upon me clicking on the program, so basically I was unable to even open it (it wasn't always like this, when I first had it downloaded, it ran normally). So to resolve this issue, I had thought to just delete it, then reinstall it. I don't recall how I removed the program, all I know is that I must've done it incorrectly? May have shredded it, or ran an uninstaller, but I'm not sure. Now the actual problem is when I download the GraalSetup. The GraalSetup just isn't downloading. I believe it may not be creating the folders or something on its own, due to me doing something to the originals? I don't know. But when I install and launch GraalSetup, the normal Run button appears. I press, and wait. Nothing happens and the download doesn't continue for some reason. I'm not entirely sure what to do anymore. I've ran it as administrator, I went in and deleted the Registry, I renamed it to Graal.exe and put it in its own folder, but nothing has worked. If anyone knows how or what to do in order to fix this, please helpppp. I think computer specs are needed in some cases so I'll just put them here anyways. Computer Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium (Service Pack 1) Processor- Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2250 @1.73GHz 1.73GHz Installed Memory (RAM)- 1.00 GB System Type- 32-bit Operating System (I don't even know what any of this means, just that it's a piece of ****) |

Disable your anti-virus if you have one and make sure your computer's time is set correctly. Make a Graal folder in C:\Users\Public and put GraalSetup.exe in the folder then rename it to like Graal6.exe or something else. |

Delete ALL traces of Graal Files from your computer. 1. After uninstalling, search for graal on your computer and delete those. Empty your recycle bin 2. After you have done that, go to run, and type in regedit.exe. You will see a bunch of registries. Go onto users > Software, and remove all Graal registry files. |

God dammit lol. I said not to run Registry Defrag D: That could be the problem. Thankfully it creates a backup by default meaning that if that's the source or the problem you should be able to go back to before you ran it, I can help you out over TeamViewer tommorow if you want, not near my PC right now and I can't remember how to do it off the top of my head.

I had Advanced Systemcare 7. Ruined half of my computer, with applications that can't open after the installation with SystemCare 7, such as iTunes crashing, Skype not opening. I still haven't found a solution to date. It may have affected your Graal Client.
