Help with account

I have a friend of mine who had an account in 2009, when there was no identify. Is there any way to bring it back to his device with a device ID or something?

The account has probably been wiped off by now and if it still exists I don't think it's possible :0

Even if the account still exists then I don't think he can recover it as he wouldn't have any evidence that the acc was actually his .

I emailed toonslab about my account and heres what they told me.

Hello my name is John J Johnson and after the identify system came out I had forgotten to identify my account on classic. My iPod was damage beyond repair and so I could never get it back. Can you please help me. I was the owner of the Knights of Stealth and I've been off for at least 2 years.

You will need to be able to provide more details about the account so that we can both look it up and verify that you're even the owner of the account.

This ticket will be resolved for now since there's no way to proceed from here.

It's dumb because it was 2 years ago and I can't remember half the stuff I got on my account. Your friend is in a tougher situation then I'm in because if mines was 2 years and his was five years ago it may impossible. It was easier for me though on era because all I did was log in, PM NCJ, and he transferred my account over to my Facebook as simple as that.

Provide any kind of e-Mail you could have used and gamecenter nickname. It's also helpful if you can provide information like if you purchased the (guild-)house and how many gralat packs. And even if it's just vague, it could help you. If you havn't moved and such, you could also give IP-comparison a shot in case you didn't move nor have any major changes on your internet

It's not dumb though... do you expect them to just transfer an account into your possession just because you say it's yours?

My account has been inactive for 600 something days. I'm not sure who would want an account like that. I'm just pissed because of all the information Callimuc said their is no way I can get my account back. I was actually playing Classic those years ago on my schools IP address which I no longer go to. So yeah, I have nothing.

An account back in 2009? You do realise that account has like nothing on it right?
Or you mean like 2009-2010 .

Anyways they do actually help if you have evidence. I lost my account before too and when I mailed them with evidence I got it transfered to a new email.

Doesn't really matter, staff just can't toss ownership of accounts to other people just because there's not really a lot on the account.

I know a person who just used game center to retrieve it, although their stats didn't transfer, the items they had transferred and they were able to use them.

Indeed, also you don't know how many PKs, spars and/or gralats that account had.

I actually had the same problem on my iClassic account. My iPod touch stopped working before the identify system was implemented and I thought that I would have to start again. What I found to have worked with me is that if you actually synced your iDevice to iTunes while you had the account set up on Graal, you can actually just restore your current iDevice from iTunes using those settings and your Graal account will still be intact. Worked for me at least and I was able to transfer my account over to my new device using the identify system and then just start playing as usual.
