ripped off
Just got ripped off not sure if itunes or graal issue. Feedbacked and emailed my problem to classic staff. Can anybody tell me how long it takes for them to respond if ever?

This problem once happened to me with two packs simultaneously. I forwarded the receipt to Classic, but for some reason I was only reimbursed one pack, after 2 weeks of waiting. At this point, I emailed Apple about the issue, and they refunded my iTunes credit for both packs within 2 days. |

Finally got email requesting my itunes reciept from admin staff. But i havent gotten an email with my reciept from itunes yet. Now what?

Always go after iTunes, not Graal. The reason being is Xor manages all the purchases, meaning you need to email a staff with your receipt, and they forward it to Xor's email. It takes around a week after your receipt is sent. If you go after iTunes, it's not just one person managing purchases, but an entire Customer Service team, and they have all your purchases on record, so you don't need to wait for the receipt to be emailed. Also, they force Eurocenter or Fairytail or whatever the hell Unixweasel calls it now, to cough up 100% of the total refunded, even though apple takes 30%. At least they used to do that. Not sure if it's like that any more. It's not much, but it adds up. |

Will the staff send an email back saying they received your forwarded receipts? I got the receipts in yesterday and I forwarded them to the classic staff like it said in the email they sent back,but then I got a delivery failure notice so I resent it. I just don't want to be waiting for weeks to get this resolved. I was unsure if I should just try contacting Apple/Itunes instead to get it fixed faster. |
