Staff Corner
GraalOnline Zone has a very small community. This means staff and players are constantly interacting. Through these communications, players develop negative and/or positive feelings towards staff members, as much as we do towards players. This being said, I invite you all to answer and discuss the following questions. Not only do you get to share your thoughts on staff, but staff get to read and receive criticism on their conduct. 1. Who is your favourite staff member? Why? 2. Who is your least favourite staff member? Why? 3. Do you have an issue with the GENERAL way a staff member conducts himself/herself? Explain. (Important issues and situations should be emailed to [email protected], not posted here.) 4.Do you have any suggestions for the way a certain staff member handles situations? Explain. Thanks in advance for sharing. 1. Can't decide. 2. Regret. Never seen him around/talked to him. 3. Sometimes staff kinda act like they're superior to players. This is generally everyone. 4. Maybe interact with players a bit more? I know staff aren't really supposed to but I guess it wouldn't hurt. |

Probably Tashkin, helps me out a lot. 2. I'd have to go with Gunderak or Bigfoot. Gunderak is kind of a **** at times, and I feel as if BigFoot would rather be "popular" than actually develop the server. 3. Nope, most conduct themselves fine. 4. Nope, must can make their own decisions. I had the balls to be honest, so don't bitch at me for my opinions. |

I don't necessarilly have a favourite staff member, but I respect those who do their job correctly, not craving attention, or not doing their job at all. 2. Who is your least favourite staff member? Why? On the top of my head, I think of Sierra, iMask, Regret, Isaac, and iRockstar. These guys seem more interested in showing off their "powers" rather than actually working. 3. Do you have an issue with the GENERAL way a staff member conducts himself/herself? Explain. (Important issues and situations should be emailed to [email protected], not posted here.) This doesn't really relate to this question, but I cannot stand how the staff team is run. In my opinion, I believe they're overall immature, and slackers. There are no concequences for obscure behavior (messages (pms, and mass), abuse, immaturity). I don't blame them though, It's higher authorities fault who have let this slide, so they continue on with the behavior. 4.Do you have any suggestions for the way a certain staff member handles situations? 2. IMask, always see him in-game. (I think he isn't working just showing in-game x.x) 3. Regret, Mysterious... (where did he came from anyways x.x) 4. Isaac, Keeps throwing dolls of him everywhere x.x I already have 3 dolls and deleted 2 of them. 5. IRockstar, hmm, he is doing his job, but dolling his looks up xD |
