My email :(
Ok so 2 things 1)The email that all of my graal accounts are verified under, well I forgot the stupid password >-< and then I did another stupid thing without thinking, I delted classic and era for space because I barely play them anymore. But then it dawned on me that if I want to download them again and get my account back I was going to have to go through the verification process which I can't do because I don't know my password to be able to get on it so as you can see it's a pretty big deal because I bought alot of graalat packs for both classic and era and I'm just really bummed :/ so I f someone can try and help me out in this issue I would greatly appreciate it2) if the 1st issue is non fixable :/ which I think might be the case sadly , is there anyway to change the email of my zone account which uses the same email as classic and era. Because I just made a new email and would like to maybe switch over my zone account to that one. Actually I would love to switch over all of them if I'm able to get my classic and era account back. Ok Ty for reading and I really hope someone can help me with this ;-; And please no rude comments I'm already bummed |

It is possible to change your email that your account is verified with, but you will have to have proof that you are the owner of the account (which might be difficult, but it includes having the same IP, Gamecenter, etc). It will be even more difficult since you are not able to log on your accounts on Era/Classic to prove ownership and change the emails. As far as I'm aware, only the Managers & Global Moderators can change identified emails. If you message me in-game on Era, I might be able to speed up the process of retrieving your Era player account. Best of luck .

Couldn't you just click "forgot password" on whatever service you use to check your mail? As long as you're on a computer, that should work. However, I'm pretty sure the Co-Manager of Zone could do something about your Zone email. (No promises.) |
