I've recently bought two different pistols to compare the way they fare in combat. I've noticed that for $1500 gralats less the M911 has a higher rate of fire and does the same damage. The MK23 should be buffed to have a higher rate of fire. (Btw Ghettoicedtea I bought the MK23 because you said it was a decent starter)  

Mk23 is wayyyyyy better. It may not be automatic, but the freeze for the M1911 more noticeable. Also, all those pistols you get for 5500$ go better when you dual-wield.
