New gun damages

Here are the damages of the three brand new guns (Not including Streamer and Photo Cannon since players had them before added to the new shop)
Plasma Shotgun: 5 damage (6 with commando)
Green Rifle: 6 damage (7 with commando)
Plasma Chaingun: 3 damage (4 with commando)

As for the Plasma Chaingun it might have low damage but the rate of fire is by far the highest of all the weapons. It shoots bullets very quickly and I feel by raising the damage any higher would simple make the weapon over powered.

I wanted the price to be 5k, but somebody said it was to low and made it 10k.
