So, you get it by going into the identify and then the thing that says VIP subscription. I get that. So, what does it do other than give you more body colors and get you an item each month? Does it allow you any special perks other than that? And do I have to pay another 7500 each month? Cause if so, that is a rip off.  

Well, it gives you access to the "Oasis," an island that can be accessed from the ship on the far left side of belle isle. There are some furniture items you can buy, some (relatively unattractive) hats, and some pointless buildings. It was pretty cool when it first came out. And yes, its 7.5k every month. It kind of is a rip off, but I still get it for the colors. You should try it out once and see  

Wow. Maybe once I get everything I want (lantern, railroad thing, the body I want), I might save up a lot of money so I can get it each month.

A starter/intro pack? I like the idea. Possibly something exclusive to the pack like a mount. I doubt it would be .99 cents though, even without the drasine.  

I think a Starter Pack will have plain horse with some gralats and a special item.  

I wouldn't get it anyway for two reasons. 1) It is more fun to try to earn it. 2)I am broke.
