In the event hide and seek sometimes the npcs will hide on the roof of this building as shown in this picture. I would like an access to be added to this roof so it is actually possible to win the event when they hide there.  

That event should be updated. That wouldn't be fair for the player who found the NPC but cannot get to him. That's a waste of $30 right there.  

Ya I was kinda mad when I found him there today not only about the money I wasted but it was for ec lol  

just fixed it , also fixing other spawns  

There's also one where the npc spawns halfway inside the skate park (upper left corner of it)

This one was probably because that house was expanded into the back yard of the one on the right
