okay, so the current era application is quite good, but I had an idea so everyone has a say. so its an election type deal, people email in their applications and then PRAs pick like a handful and get them to write a paragraph about themselves on the hiring website, and then people can go on and vote for their favourites, this way no one can complain saying it was bias, and cant complain the 'wrong' person was hired. okay so if you can give some: thoughts/Questions/Ideas or just comments.
