Now we know admins will hire news pr and the mayority of admins i know are english never i see a spanish admins or many countries
What do you think about this? you think is good have an admin of others countries as spanish?? plss answer it

i know but im 2 years in era and im waiting one answer of Alfonso , and he dont put the flag of spain he have the EE.UU, ya, i speak english french and spanish also and for example i want help and i dont want be pr for nothing ...  

There have to be PRs from different nationalities, so that there's always a PR online, at any time.

I am from Lebanon , I speak French , Arabic, English.... But admins can't hire people that don't talk English,because they need all a same language to do a communication , I mean a French (JUST AN EXAMPLE OF PERSON) guy that don't know English have 1% to get hired because other admins can't understand what he say and the opposite too

Actually it's necessary, the staff team needs to communicate in English, we cannot hire someone that cannot understand any sentence in this language.  

So how admins can communicate?

They need to know full English as John said. But a second language would be great.

They typically look for those who can speak english fluenty for the most part; no offense but you may want to practice a bit :s  

It would be a good idea to hire some from other nationalities b/c when I had the russian flag up on my profile I got 2 PM's almost immediately in russian. It would be good to help people who dont know english.  

I think the same as you, me for example always understand what you say in English, and also usually i talk to people who speak French or Spanish and many of them know little or no English, and i speak with theirs in french or spanish
