When you have a friend that uploads your customs, they need your email. How do you know if they will steal your account or not, like because you have to give them your email to send the custom (head/body) to you. Is there a way to steal you account for giving out your info? Like Yogy perhaps, he charges 400 sellables for a custom, if you pay him and give him your e-mail could you get your account stolen?  

It'll send a confirmation email if the person with your email does try to transfer your account.  

nothing would happen to you until you suddenly receive an email asking you to verify access to your iEra account which you didnt request yourself. but to make sure you wont do that accidently id tell them to upload the custome to an image hoster and send you the link per PM  

To hack you someone needs your email password. If you don't give them your email password you should be fine, but like callimuc and lavaclaw said, you will get an email asking if you would like to give 'Example: Yogy' access to your account.  

The problem is that i dont sell my templates i only upload. Thats his problem i guess.
