It takes a bit of time for them to spawn restart your app.  

Still hasnt arrived  

Sometimes they instantly pop up and sometimes they take a while

Get someone else to send you a present. I had a similar problem but then the sent gift and 3 others had spawned.  

Stop checking back and making yourself paranoid. x.X It'll all add up in the end, don't worry. The server has a lot of presents that need to go through lines of code to reach your house. On the bright side, you get free same-day shipping!  

Maybe they're overlapping? Try organizing them in a neat manner. You'll usually find a couple of presents hiding.  

Fun fact: If you hit a present while on a horse, they turn into noobs. And yes, they can still only be opened on Christmas Day
