Bullets are clientside. On their client, they're dodging bullets. About 98% of the time, both computers don't produce the bullet at the same instance, and they don't always travel smoothly on both sides This is due to lag; either via internet connection or fps(frames per second)-- I don't care how good your iPod, iPad, or computer is-- If your opponent comes as close to bullets as I do, they'll appear to be eating bullets on your client. I personally don't even look at my opponent when I spar, I dodge bullets with my peripheral vision and move around as if I'm writing in cursive. My tunnel vision goes towards the top of the spar arena and doesn't leave. If you're frequently experiencing "bullet eaters" that chomp down bullets more than 2 seconds late, chances are that the delay is on your end. Remember: lag goes both ways in a 1 on 1 fight. They're dealing with the delay too. However, If somebody lags on the regular, chances are they've mastered their delay and know how to use it to their advantage. Also remember, Delay doesn't change on the fly, unless they're modem tapping. Once you get one hit on somebody, you should be able to take their delay into consideration throughout the remainder of the fight. The trick is to figure out your opponent's frames per second compared to yours. Oh, and in case you're wondering: Modem Tapping - Spoiler
