i have recently uploaded a head a head which have been denied multiple of times for transparency issues (visible background). Its a .gif format and im new to making heads but all the frames ive used has been carefully checked for 'pure black or white backgorunds'... when i uploaded the file, the confirmation of the file came up and there wasnt a black background or any obvious flaws on the head. after several attemps i tried changing the bacground color..but i had some diffuculties in doing so as Gimp wont let me edit it.i dont know why.

to cut the story short, i used photoshoped but had no sucess as it made the artwork fuzzy..ive messaged a few people who is a bit more experienced than me at this but they too couldnt see what the problem is..soo i was hoping if a more experienced pixel artist could help resolve my problem? find attached the artwork

If it's an animated gif, you need to have a transparent background, not a solid colour. Use the magic wand.

On one hand, I never said you didn't. On the other hand, you haven't animated it, your version is static.
