As you can see, I've redone this hiring thread. Progress is coming along great, but I can't really pin a release date. It will be at least a few months, though. I'm looking for developers of every skill to help out - the more staff, the faster things go.

Requirements:

An ability to be polite and calm, even in tense situations when others aren't.
An ability to represent Stroseria in a positive way on these forums, other forums, Graal Facebook or Twitter pages, etc.
The following methods of communication:
- An E-Mail account for players and staff to contact you once we release. Use your personal E-Mail at your own risk.
- An AIM account that can be used to exchange files and quickly chat with other staff. (Download here).
An ability to work with others even if some of your ideas are rejected.
An ability to simply keep your mouth shut and not leak any information to close friends or the public. This does include player comments, server options, and anything else found on the server.

The Future of Stroseria:

We have made lots of progress in the past months and hope to release by the end of the year! We are creating content for multiple platforms and dream of being Graal's first cross-platform server that you can log into on your iPhone... or your iPad... or your PC Client... or maybe your Facebook account. The server is, I suppose, your stereotypical RPG, but we're focusing on the whole multi-player aspect. Guild competitions will be tight and will certainly go on for many years to come. Guilds can compete for guild points through events, island wars, and more.

The overworld contains many different districts, each providing a unique experience. Players (and guilds) will explore and maybe even pledge allegiance to many different states including the forest, the desert, the water world, and more. Not all of the states are exactly united however, and that could turn out very dangerously...

There's some unique jobs that I don't want to announce just yet to earn money. Many, many baddies are running wild, each with special attributes and information that can be collected in a Baddie Book. Players will be able to master many different skills, including wizardry, jousting, fishing (of course), and more. There will always be something unique during your experience on Stroseria, no matter how you want to play!

Are you thinking of applying? You should know that I'm flexible on dishing out assignments. If you prefer working on one type of thing, fine. If you hate making mountain levels, then so be it. There's other stuff you can do. Personally, I've made some good friends on the Stroseria staff team, and I'd love to get to know you!

Way too many levels for me to make. I want to see more pictures before I try applying, one is just a bit too little.

Right now everything is classified, unfortunately.

Yes.

While you don't necessarily need server access for the position, we can always implement a custom log in system to allow non-golds to log in.

Maybe you can explain us a bit more. Especially when you want to try heading to iOS. Only guild based stuff can get boring after a while.

Like what kind of PVP will you have (looking at the guard and the weapon doesn't seem like the default one)?
Is there any basic theme (doesn't seem to get any mixed futuristic one, more like knights and stuff)
