I wouldn't worry about the jail/ban history (unless you have alot of them for certain stuff like: racism, sexual harassment etc(that would be deffo No) Attitude plays alot in recruitment imo(so even things you may seem are ok could be a put off-i.e for instance if competive against another guild but start trashtalking on them/while attacking them etc), also being honest if you have got some history then state it on your app (I personally have alot via hacking/glitching etc but that was from ages ago when on classic) |

Caught on vulgar are small crimes. Therefore to be forgiven. "Read the hiring application it provides a question to come clean about being jailed and its reason. This Includes forum behaviour aswell Jay If you stick to the rules your chances to be hired are equal to players without any jail records. #GoodLuck Jay |

Attitudal jails/bans can show up bad for your application; it would not match the criteria say if you applied for Deputy - personally I feel like jails/ban history should never be reset. It is a permanent record of your actions - and the dates of the jails are displayed alongside the offense so it shouldn't really matter as long as you 'stay clean' for a while anyway Edit: sorry I just assumed you was applying lol, either way it shouldn't matter as long as you don't do anything stupid for as long as possible |

Well, you should've behaved well and not broken any rules in the first place :0. You shouldn't just be behaving now because you want to be a Deputy, you should've done that a long time ago without even considering becoming a Deputy. Good luck though. Glad to see you turning over a new leaf.

Even if you don't get hired, still keep up the good attitude. I know you probably think the only way to be helping players is by being a deputy (obviously helps more), but you are still able to help players constantly. I always get PM's related to where stuff is, how to get this and that etc. That is a way i help players, just make sure players know you are there to help, and help anyone who you see has a question. Maybe a Deputy will notice you one day too! |
