that's kinda messed up tho, i've played since the beginning and am an old player, my email doesnt exist so how am i supposed to log into my account if i can't accept the email request. In a few weeks i wont be able to even play.

The company that i used for my email in 2009 no longer provides the email thing, i cannot log into it to accept a new device and i only have access to my old device. I have proof of owning the account, gralat packs, items on the account etc..

I really do feel the stress you have, And I really wish graal would at bare minimum do something, Just something about it. Maybe email graal staff directly? Give graal ID and say move it to this email? Which is transferring your account to a new email.

Hopefully your account issue gets fixed. I'd message Dusty or Coco about it. They are probably the only ones who can do anything

It sucks so much, i've but many hours into graal classic, admittedly I don't play much anymore, but I did spend probably a good forty pounds on the account. But because unixmad or whoever can't be ****ed about the game they cannot even add an option to change the email. I don't see my ipad lasting much longer...so i could loose the account soon. Thanks creators of graal.

I mean its so annoying aswell, one of the most basic features of any online games which use an email login is that you can change the email on the account, so why the hell couldn't they be bothered to add it.

Graal, particularly Classic. I have NEVER seen a game as absolutely managed as poorly as Graal Classic. Pretty much every game that uses emails to sign you on the game or to send a link to your email to verify, always offer a "change email" option. Because there is games, who are built by a SOLE SINGULAR PERSON on crappy Cheesy app games on IOS or android that was able to do that easily. Classic? Not at all

Even the the Toonslab "Send a ticket" function is now absolutely the crappiest thing of support I've seen in any game support. Worst than support for the "Call of Mini" games on the app stores. The old function, Was great. It allowed you to see if the ticket was read, let you see the response. Ect. Was way better of a help system than anything we had today.
