Does anyone know the chances of a special baddy appearing? I ask this question because last night, I had two rebel elites spawn at the same time. So, I'm wondering if all specials baddies have a percentage rate in the game.  

5 black snakes appeared when I was doing my snake bounty, killed one for my bounty and the others for their gold gralats. It was a good day.

There's a couple locations where a snake baddy npc glitches out and respawns a bajillion times before actually spawning for real... you can see it's like maybe 1 out of 50 or 1 out of 100 for them to appear and be the rare version.

The odds for any of them are different though (blobs, bandits, rats, bats, snakes, black blobs, rebels). The chances seem higher for snakes, bats, and bandits, while the others are fairly rare to see.  

If dusty doesn't reply to this, I'll spend a day to figure it out. I'll just spend a day at rebels cave and write down every time a special baddy spawns and write down how many normal baddies it took before it spawned. Repeat about 10 times. Find a average for the 10 times the social baddies spawned and work from there.

Also, special baddies may be spawned by certain hours or time lengths?
