Show next level in rank?

Like the title says (eg: I am lv8 major) hen beside it would show next rank lv9 sgt

I don't see the need for this. I think its pretty logical that after level 8 you'll be level 9....

He wants to know what the level is named.. e.g;

I'm level 11(Sergeant? I dunno lol) and will level up to 12(Elite) someday.
