Uploading Problem: swords

So, I go to upload a sword file to tinyurl.com/classicupload. The file is refused because it is not 128*96. I checked several times, it is 128*96 pixels. Anyone can help in this problem would be much appreciated I'll attach the file in this Post.

You didn't set the transperency. The background is black so the file is counted as too big. You need to set the transperency on the pictures before you make the gif. You can't set the trasperency on an already made gif.
