Just buy the 2 day revive potion/alcohol from the Sheriff building at Cowboy start. It's pretty cheap, only 350 gralats.

So apparently the boss was bugging out when too many people were spawning an instance of his room at the same time, and just wouldn't spawn any minions.

I just changed it so that it'll be more reliable, BUT the minions will just spawn way sooner.
