You could try other exercise alternatives if you ever feel the need to change from your current workout routine.. Like dancing! Watch some Kyle Hanagami videos on youtube, and practice a new choreography. Or go for a swim at your local pool/beach/lake since summer is approaching soon.

I lost most of my body fat through jogging, if you're a begginer 20 minute jogs everyday is pretty good and you will lose a few pounds in months but now I jog for 1 hour everyday and lost 7 pounds 4 months alone, I also do 25 push ups and after i get 25 push ups i do it again until i get to 200 push ups, after that I do planks and once I'm done with all of that I repeat every single one of those 4 times in 1 day Sent from my ASUS_X008D using Tapatalk |
