First off, feedback the issue to get some in-game attention on it.
Then, send an email to toonslab if you get no response (see instructions in your feedback menu).
In the meantime you could try refreshing the game (closing out, then reopening), you could try re-installing the game, you could try clearing your cache, and resetting your wifi...
If it's really been a month or more, you will probably be waiting on support from toonslab though. Good luck!
