However, I will say that a lot of the good guild sparrers don’t do well in single spar. Not sure if that’s because they don’t spar much or they they’re good at GS only because of their teamwork skills and stuff like that |

PT isn’t really good in single spar or at least after he lost his main, I don’t know if he was good before. But he is still better in single spar than gs that’s true. Brett does good in GS, obviously he does bad sometimes tho but that’s only against Alumni’s team which has the best guild sparrers. But again Brett is actually really good in GS vs strong teams in belle/BA so maybe it is true that he doesn’t care about GST. We shouldn’t use him as an example all the times when he doesn’t even do bad in GST and doesn’t care about it. But you get those types of players like Mel, Anzio and others who uses that hit counter style. Their style only seems to be effective in single spar which makes them better in single than GS |

Mixed Side GST Team Variations: Mother ('12-'13): Dante, Clops, iHercules, Abel, (Red Leo, Poodie) Deity ('13): Dae, Eko, Ruke, Fulgore, Exalt Alumni ('13-'18): Thallen, Eko, Dante, MK, David, (Aguzo, Dae, Ares, Skull, Fulgore, John, RM) Apostles ('13-'16): PrimeTime, Skull, 6Jack9, (Aguzo, Zideruic, iHercules, Male) Blackout ('14-'18): Brett, Zideruic, Aguzo, Sean, Dark Memory ('14): Talbourn, Ph8, Felix, Smoke, Hero SLX ('12-'16): Demrow, Aserus, (Skull, Male, simpLe, Majin, Zet) SNC ('12-'15): Ethereal, Advocate, Kosma, SK, Exalt GTeam (‘13-‘16): Chun, MaxyMax, Ruppy, Xanji, Ariona These are pretty inaccurate, but gives basic shell of 'teams' rather than judging an individual. I just did this without researching too much, each guilds had their own era with core players. people in parenthesis are changed/replaced later. Also I didn't mention US, cause i didn't play back in 2011, but we know who they are. Core players are important IMO, they decide if the guild lives on or not. They contribute lot to guild's history. Same goes to iDevice, but I don't remember much. I just know there's core players around Fros team, Sarahs team, Comyts team, vDragz lasted pretty long and Silvers team. Not sure who else im missing out, but you iDevice know who the competitive guilds were. Whether they lasted 1 season or 1 year, if they made significant challenge in GST, it matters tbh. I don't think Alumni is really Alumni without David or anyone we know they were in Alumni for long time. They all represent their guild.

Where’s the logic in that Colin honestly I know your trying to defend your leader and his son’s inflated ego but I only responded to David being overrated because apparently only Ares and Brett can go negative in GST with repercussions.(which they didn’t even go negative lol)What’s worse going slightly positive VS the best team (Alumni) or going negative in the only competitive series in the GST vs Scar chaostic and his crew |

I’m using your idols logic where he claims PT doesn’t win because there’s a “no factor/dead weight/0” member on his team that doesn’t count as a real player, even though he enters with teams that have good sparrers on them. So we should just be applying the same logic across the board to be fair, especially with your statement that they’re just average/slightly above average (similar to PT’s teams that are being counted as holding him back). So either: A) The 3 remaining Alumni members are god tier and undefeatable in a 3vs5 OR B) PT is just not as good as you guys think. You pick which pill you want to swallow |

These threads used to be interesting when only the people relevant to spar in any way would comment on them. Even if I think people like ares and comyt are making stupid points some of the time, they at least were involved in spar at one point or another, regardless of the fact that ppl playing this game now were born after their most recent gst win Damn shame. @fulgy tell your buddies I’m sad my dummy post to David got ignored :cries: @cycle of alumbi

Okay idk why this was deleted, but ill repost it without the jabs at someone's apparent mental health issues. Feels bad to be intimidated by people on a 2 dimensional app-store game to the point that you fear their judgement n refuse to enter the gst because you know you will perform to a poor standard and will be criticised for it |
