The hat was the black hood(one of the more common rewards). It only omits players who were picked and then checks. Out of the players picked none had the hat, and this is pretty standard. Sometimes you'll have one or two that were picked but had the hat, and when that happens it just picks someone else.

Well the issue is a lot of people were getting into events and winning and already had the hats... and it was leaving staff a bit stumped on what to do.

If people were participating and not winning it'd be fine, but it's when they win that it kind of causes trouble.

I don't know what solution there would be other than just hosting without prizes.

I think you should still let players who already have to hat into the event and if they win again just give it to second or third or whatever place doesn't already have it. I don't really think it's fair or fun to disqualify gameplay from players because they win events.

I understand the queue and why we can't do warpers anymore, but I have never once been in an event with the queue system. I think trivia should be done more often.

Yah, this seems pretty unfair, but a system which only allows ~3% of players who would like to participate in an event to participate clearly isn't optimal to begin with.

Yes, we should just allow all 1000 players to participate.

Yeah, why not? Without typing an essay... Automate events, use level instances, separate players into said levels, and combine levels of players as players are eliminated.

I have 0 experience developing for a server that has a player count above 50 so I could just be wrong here, but from I've been told the biggest lag issue in iClassic happens when too many players are in one level. That obviously wouldn't be an issue.

Even if supporting 1000 player events would put too much of a burden on the server, I would imagine it could probably at least support 10 levels of 30 players each? 30% is a lot better than 3%.

The queue system sucks in my opinion. One of the things that made Graal fun for me was playing events, even if I lost, and know I rarely have that option. I will get in one queue system within three months if I'm lucky.

Agreed, I don't even join the queue's at this point. I thought the new queue system was just to let everyone get a chance but it was also for the lag but I mean its not like its NOT gonna still lag anyway. Despite less use of the warpers the server still lags like crap so why not bring em back and make some adjustments.

that kinda sucks. u aren't getting picked b/c u already have the hat? nawww
change the system. lets use event coins like era and make a shop next to it, where we can spend our coin on. but make every hat price all equal.

Graal is in top 50 chart on fb mmorpg game section. I doubt it would be the same now. I see many sparrers on pc.

can we just delete Chance if we're going to continue using the queue since the queue in itself is Chance and Chance is a terrible event, etc.
