It's a normal horse, with a new look. Same script. And you will be able to buy it too.

Are horses seriously going to allow you to carry another player? Back when horses were first coded in(waaaaaaaaaaaay back when) you could carry a second player... but only in offline splitscreen mode. It wasn't supported added for online. The changelog left a notice "if people find this addition cool and fun I will add it into online mode" but it never came

Now it's coming 10 years later!?

I remember playing massive offline 'servers' with my friends on 1.39...was quite fun!
