Accessories Have Been Released!
Fore-note. (Almost) All of the spoilers will just have images in them at an attempt to be more mobile/data friendly. Fran's Frills has opened up her shop, containing a brand new graphic type: Accessories! Spoiler
The shop is next to the Emerald Saloon starting area. Accessories are a second item that you can show off on your character. Things like masks, backpacks, and scarfs are currently available. The following spoiler contains all of the currently sold accessories, and their respective prices, as of the release on 7/16. Spoiler
How to equip your new Accessory! The character customization interface has changed a little to accommodate accessories. The Head and Hat selection buttons were shrunk a little, and a new 'Change Accessory' button has been added. Tapping or clicking on the Change Accessory button will bring you to a selection of a blank accessory (the red circle with a line through it), a free backpack accessory, and all the accessories you own! Spoiler
Tapping or clicking on one will equip it! Fabulous~ 'X' Animation isn't working with accessories! HALP!! That's ok! This is expected, as there are quite the handful of animations on Ol'West. We tried our best to add in accessories to everything, but we probably missed some. If this happens, or you're using the default idle/walk/grab/pull/dead/etc animations, open up the feedback tab and send in how you were able to make the animation show, or what item you were using that caused it to happen. You can open the Feedback interface by following the instructions in the following spoiler. Spoiler
So, you want to make an Accessory? Sounds like a plan! Included in this post is a template set used in the creation of new accessories. There is: a full file with all of the layers and such, a .png file with the identifying text on each frame, and a .png file without the identifying text on each frame. YOU WILL NEED PAINT.NET IN ORDER TO OPEN THE .PDN FULL FILE. If you're unsure of where to get that, fear not! For the official download is right here: Download Paint.NET The frames which have '(under)' in them mean that the frame is drawn under the head, but over the body. The Full template is on mediafire because Graalians does not support uploading the .pdn file extension. Full Template: https://www.mediafire.com/?irpgu2kyh2vitg2 Other templates can be downloaded from below under 'Attached Thumbnails'.
