I hope that you take this criticism seriously. Please use it to improve your levels and further your passion for level making, as well as your talent and passion in graphics.
There is nothing all that interesting with the exception of the egg-shaped Easter shop. Most of the levels are needlessly large with a lot of wasted space. The constant, ever-present symmetry is lazy and boring exacerbating the issue of level size and space. I understand that these are for an online game and that they need to be large for players, but there are plenty of ways to use space that do not involve tables and chairs.
I'm going to assume that the castle levels are supposed to be the interior of a sand castle. I wouldn't have to assume if the theme were more clear. The only stuff you have that are reminiscent of a beach are sand, shells, and sea-stars, there's no water, and you have four rooms dedicated to lounging. Also, the prison is by the entrance of the castle, which is kind of silly.
btw the foot prints look like they are raised instead of imprinted into the sand, the shadowing should be at the top of the foot shape rather than the bottom
When you are planning out any building you need to have a theme and a purpose. Anything outside of the theme and without purpose shouldn't be there. You'll need to think about two things: what kind of rooms would be inside of the building you are making, and what sort of things could you put inside the levels that match your theme.
Your sand castle has ten levels: a foyer, a stairwell, a throne room, a prison, a barracks, what I assume to be a royal sleeping quarters, a dining lounge, a gaming lounge, a library with lounging area, and a cocktail lounge.
All of the lounging areas are pointless, use borrowed Western-themed assets, and do not fit the theme of a sand castle. Just combine them into one level and remove all the Western crap. It should be a fun, beach-like room. Make it an open-bar with an aquarium. Instead of hard liquor, like in the Western taverns, have fruity looking drinks. Have some NPCs playing volleyball or something instead of having billiard and card tables. Instead of all the Zelda-style tables and chairs, have some lounge chairs, towels, and umbrellas put out.
Two of the rooms can be shops for beach stuff.
The last room can be a treasure room, and it has all kinds of beach related things in it. Sand sculptures shaped like mermaids, and small sand castles for a bit of comedic irony. A bit of a ship sticking out of the floor with cartoon-y treasure chests inside of it.
For the rooms that don't change, instead of having trees how about palm trees or coral? Have some seaweed and stuff coming out of the ground in places (perhaps the prison). Instead of all the red everywhere, you could have blue banners with a trident motif and the rugs could have some kind of bubble or water design instead of red fabric. The guards and such are super bland and not interesting at all to look at, add some color. The barkeep, butler, and maid could be wearing bathing suits with beach accessories (sunglasses, a cute sunhat on the maid).
Be creative and make it interesting, because the levels are not interesting and there's no reason to be in the sand castle at all. Remember that quality levels are better than a bunch of pointless ones, and that's what makes a good server.
This is my apology for ruining your hiring thread.
