Ok kilik might not answer most time but if yu ask him when he is not busy i think he will do the best to answer your question. About matt , just imagine how many people try to make it. He sure is busy .... I know its not up to me but i suggest the admins have two or maybe three admins do matt's job so they arent so busy

On a busy day, sometimes we can get overwhelmed by reports players send in and end up receiving reports faster than we can deal with them. From the PMs we get, a lot are simple greeting messages or other short/random statements (a lot of people send obvious things like "you are admin" etc.). Although we appreciate the greetings, it's probably best if people sent them to our non-staff accounts, if we have one. Filtering past those, many questions are not genuine queries, like when people ask for red bombs, hugs, drags, hats, etc. (someone once even asked me to help them boost), which will be ignored. Then, we get the genuine queries as described by the OP. As you can see, these messages take up only a fraction of the total PMs we receive, so it is very easy for us to accidentally skip it and dismiss it while sifting through countless other messages. As Twinny said, it's best to send questions to [email protected], because it's not affected by busy staff dealing with reports, many staff can read and work on it as opposed to sending the question for a single staff member to answer, and best of all, you can write a lot more information in an email than in a PM due to Graal's message character limits. |

For what it's worth, I won't normally reply to any PM that doesn't have a direct and useful question. People who just PM me saying "Skyld" or "hi" or "can I ask a question" will probably get no response. The other thing is that if I am being flooded by PMs and trying to do something else or talk to someone in-game, I'll likely stop reading them also. The correct channel for support is [email protected], and if the query is worthwhile, then it will get a response. If it's a pointless question or not worth reading, then it'll probably get ignored also. iPhone staff get constantly spammed, and so does the support email. The less people bother staff with useless problems, then the more likely it is that serious questions will be addressed. |

Brb, gonna go spam Skyld with useless questions. Jk, but really Blink? A dragon? -.- unless you mean a new image for a horse, thats one dumb idea. But I love the idea for NPCs in your house and guild emblems, but guild emblems are pretty much the GPs. Explain please?

I usually ignore any PMs saying "Hi" or "What's up". Just start the PM off with the question, I don't need the small talk at the beginning. Most of the questions I get are usually "Can I be an admin?" "Can I have a hat?" or "where did you get your hat?". I also skip most PMs if I'm getting flooded. |
